Frequently asked questions

I've chosen dates in the reservation search bar, but nothing happens.


It could be 2 things:

  • There is a minimum night stay for each home based on the season. The range for this short as 2 nights and as long as 7 nights. Simply extend your dates.
  • The home is not available for the dates you've chosen. Simply adjust your dates.




Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay with my credit card?


No. You don;t need to sign up or have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card.




How do I pay for my reservation with Zelle?


At the end of your reservation process you will have a choice to pay with Paypal/Credit Card or pay Offline. Choose the Offline option and let us know you'd like to pay with Zelle and we'll send you an email with a money request from Zelle.




Once I make a reservation. What happens next?


We'll reach out to you with our Guest Rental Agreement. Once all documents are received, you will receive a confirmation email that provides timing, information, amenities and details to help you plan your stay from arrival to departure. If at any time you have any questions along the way- we're happy to walk you through it.




Why book directly vs on a booking site such as Airbnb, VRBO/Homeaway etc?


Simple.

  • We never charge "a guest service or processing fee"
  • We don't have a one size fits all approach to pricing. It's always your choice to add additional amenities or not.
  • We guarantee our lowest price when you book directly.
  • If you have a questions call of email us directly. Booking platforms go to great lengths to limit free communciation between guests and owners until payment is secured.




Is my payment information secure?


We use Paypal and Zelle to process guest payments so guest can pay with confidence. By using Paypal or Zelle, we never receive your credit card or banking information.




What time is check-in and check-out?


Our standard check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to additional fees and must be arranged in advance.




Why is there an additional per person/night fee over 6 guests?


We've chosen this pricing model because:

  • On average we host 6 guests per reservation
  • Without this pricing , smaller groups would be excluded from enjoying the size and quality of of our larger homes.




How does the Deposit work?


Your deposit is fully refundable within 10 days upon check-out, contigent upon inspection.
