With plenty of bar stools surrounding the kitchen island, you can easily interact and enjoy the company of your group, all while you channel your inner chef.

Enjoy a quick bite or your favorite cocktail on the bar height dinette. This is also an ideal spot to set up a buffet-style meal before taking your seat in the dining room or meander through the glass door to enjoy your meal al fresco on one of the many beautiful decks to this home.

In the warm summer months, travel through either set of glass doors to access the swimming pool and ping pong table.

No need to worry about whether or not you and your guests will have a seat at the bar. The best seats at the bar will always be waiting for you.

Our built-in wet bar is a comfortable and popular place to either enjoy your favorite cocktails or jump behind the bar and make your own signature drink.

Our dart board is family-friendly. It uses plastic tips instead of sharp steel, a more kid friendly version of a favorite tavern game.

The Private Pool

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Heat can be arranged for an additional charge.

Unlike those crowded hotels and resort chains, your lounge chair will always be waiting for you at Grandview Point. Use and enjoy this heated pool all to yourselves on a secluded hilltop with uninterrupted views of nature.

Our pool is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained. It's surrounded by a lockable gate to keep unattended children's from entering the pool area.
