GUEST INFORMATION:

The booking/primary guest is referred to in this Agreement as Guest. The Guest shall be responsible for his/her Registered Guests outline in Exhibit A, as well as any unauthorized individuals on the property during the term of the Agreement.

RENTAL FEES

Rental fees are calculated on information provided upon booking. Total rental fees are subject to change based on any modifications such as but not limited to: dates, number of guests, early check-in, late check-out, added amenities etc.

Why do we ask this? To best prepare the home for you and your guests, as well as recommend both our own amenities, as well as local businesses that may enrich your stay.

CLEANING $450

Covers routine cleaning and preparation only. See Deposit and Exhibit C for details.

DEPOSIT $1000

Deposit is collected, held and returned based upon the site you booking and is contingent upon post check-out inspection. (See Return of Deposit for Details)

RESERVATIONS

· You must be at least thirty (30) years of age to make a reservation.

· Total Rental Fees are subject to change based on any modifications to dates, number of guests or added amenities to the initial booking.

· There are no refunds or rebates for any delay or interruption to your stay including, but not limited to those caused by weather or power outages.

CONFIRMED RESERVATION

We cannot schedule your check-in until receipt of a completed Rental Agreement. You will receive an email from Stay at Lake Geneva once your reservation is confirmed.

CANCELATION POLICY

Details for cancelation for your booking is outlined on the site your booking originated from. (Airbnb, VRBO or Stay at Lake Geneva) Please refer to that site for details and policy for cancelation.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

RESERVATION REQUIREMENT

You must be at least thirty (30) years old to make a reservation.

CHECK-IN

The Booking Guest must be present at check-in to present a valid government ID.

ICE MAKER

Due to State Law sanitation requirements, the Owner is not permitted to provide ice from the refrigerator's ice maker. Please make note and plan accordingly.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet Hours between 8PM to 8AM daily are strictly enforced. No voices, music or activity than can be heard from outside of the home or by the neighbors during these hours are allowed. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and forfeiture of your Deposit. (See Termination Of Rental & House Rules /The Exterior- Noise Policy)

DROP IN /VISITING GUESTS

'Drop In' or 'Visiting' guests are not allowed at any time. Your stay is for Registered Guests only.

POOL

The pool is operational from Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend only. For the safety of all Guest, there is no entry to the gated pool area when the pool in non-operational.

DRIVEWAY NOTICE

Due to the rural location of this home, the driveway has an angle that can cause difficulty in traveling in and out of the driveway during heavy snow or winter storms. We prepare the driveway prior to arrivals, but caution should be used when driving onto or out of the driveway. Use of the driveway during ice and snow conditions are done so at the Guest and Registered Guests own risk.
