GRANDVIEW POINT – GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

Pool Information

The Primary Guest is responsible for their Registered Guests. The pool is intended for the use of Registered Guests only. No drop-in or visitors are permitted at any time. Unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited.

OPERATIONS

The pool is operational from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, however not guaranteed due to mechanical malfunction and weather conditions. From time to time the pool may be closed for unforeseen reasons such as repair or inclement weather.  The pool’s water level, quality and clarity may suffer due to heavy rainstorms, high winds or other circumstances caused by nature.

POOL HEAT

Pool heat can be provided for an additional charge.

  • The pool heating fee is $75 per night, including the night before your arrival to ensure the pool reaches the desired temperature by the time you check in. For stays shorter than 4 nights, a minimum charge of $300 applies.

  • We require at least 48-hour notice prior to your arrival to schedule pool heat.

  • We’re unable to provide refunds for pool heating costs if the pool does not reach the desired temperature due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

TEMPERATURE

  • When the pool is heated, the target temperature is 80-82 Fahrenheit (27-29 C)

  • Due to the pool's size and the constant changes in weather conditions, maintain a specific temperature in a pool open to the exterior elements is not possible. Daytime and overnight weather conditions can significantly impact the pool's overall temperature.

  • The pool will begin heating 24 hours prior to your specified check-in time.

Please note, it may take up to 24-48 hours to reach the target temperature based on the weather. If the air temperature falls below 55 Fahrenheit (13C), the pool heater may automatically shut off as it owns safety precaution. This will obviously reduce the temperature of the pool.

POOL MECHANICALS

The pool heating system is preset and locked. Please do not attempt to adjust or interfere with the pool heater, pumps, valves, or any related equipment. Unauthorized adjustments can damage the equipment and pool lining, and may also disrupt the professionally maintained water chemistry, which is carefully balanced for your safety and enjoyment.


Tampering or adjustments to the pool or its related equipment by any registered or non-registered Guest will be costly and negatively impact your Deposit.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

  • The pool is professionally maintained under a service contract. Occasionally, access to the pool equipment room on the lower level may be needed for scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will coordinate with you to ensure proper entry and exit during these times.

  • The pool water is tested weekly to meet warranty requirements and ensure proper maintenance standards.

  • We take every precaution to ensure that all pool equipment is properly maintained and serviced. In the event there is an equipment failure during your stay, we will make every effort to repair it in a timely manner.
